Mayor Saemann called the Closed Session meeting to order at 8:45 a.m.

Mayor Saemann opened Public Comment. No public comment was provided.

The City Council resumed the meeting at 2:39 p.m. City Clerk Maravilla conducted a roll call and announced a quorum. Councilmembers Keegan and Jackson were not present during roll call. Interim City Attorney Jason Baltimore provided the Closed Session Report. No reportable action was taken.
